Have you heard the big news? Motorsport 4the Masses will manage all on-track activities at the 14th annual E30 Oktoberfest at the Rockingham Speedway.

This is a major get for our little group and our humble event. M4theM will bring their racetrack know-how and safe practices to Ofest. They have run the Rock many times since 2018 and have intimate knowledge of the facilities and layouts. M4theM will handle the high-octane activities and allow NCE30 to enjoy the chill weekend that we are known for.

IMPORTANT

*ALL DRIVERS must attend at least one drivers’ meeting per day. These meetings will be held at 9AM and 1PM at the Little Rock and instructed by Rob Bolling of M4theM. Drivers will not be allowed on the track otherwise.*

**ALL CARS must pass NCE30 tech inspection in the infield. PRINT AND SIGN this Tech Sheet before showing up. Remember to empty your car before tech.**

***ALL DRIVERS and PASSENGERS must wear helmets on the track.***

This is where the M4theM will completely take over with games, exhibitions, and more. This is huge for anyone who wants to learn to hone their skills as a driver and have a lot of fun while doing it.
